This property has been part of the Hampton community for a long time. Families have camped here for seasons on end. Kids have played mini putt while their parents worked on their swing at the range. Neighbours have gathered around fire pits and stayed longer than they planned.

That history matters to us — because we're part of it too.

As of May 15, this space begins a new chapter as Hampton Recreation, under the ownership of the team behind Hampton Brewing Company next door. We didn't come in looking to reinvent what people love about being here. We came in because we believe in this place, this community, and what it can become with the right care and attention.

Our approach is simple: respect what's been built, while gradually shaping what comes next.

You'll start to see thoughtful updates across the property as the season unfolds — improvements to the grounds, the facilities, and the experience of being here. Nothing rushed, nothing wholesale. Just steady, considered work aimed at making Hampton Recreation a place worth coming back to, season after season.

There's more to come. New ideas are taking shape, and we're looking forward to sharing them as they develop. But for now, the campground is open, the driving range is ready, mini putt is waiting, and the taproom is right next door.
